FOREST OF FREAKS — ONLINE TICKET SALES POLICY ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS By purchasing tickets to Forest of Freaks, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable except where required by applicable law. No refunds or credits will be issued because a purchaser or guest changes their mind, cannot attend, arrives late, leaves early, does not use the ticket, becomes frightened, or is removed from the property for violating attraction rules. Tickets are valid only for the date, event, and admission type purchased. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee immediate entry. Guests may experience lines or wait times. Forest of Freaks is an outdoor haunted attraction and may continue operating during rain, cold, wind, mud, or other normal seasonal weather conditions. Weather alone does not entitle the purchaser to a refund. If Forest of Freaks determines that an event cannot safely operate, management may postpone, reschedule, or provide another remedy consistent with applicable law. Do not assume an event is canceled unless Forest of Freaks officially announces the cancellation. Guests who are denied admission or removed for violating attraction rules, threatening or abusive behavior, intoxication, unsafe conduct, harassment, fighting, damaging property, or failure to follow staff instructions forfeit their ticket without refund, subject to applicable law. Tickets may not be duplicated, reproduced, altered, or fraudulently used. Forest of Freaks reserves the right to invalidate tickets reasonably determined to be fraudulent or improperly obtained. By completing the purchase, the purchaser confirms that they have reviewed the event date, ticket quantity, ticket type, and order total and accept this Online Ticket Sales Policy.
